Most of the articles I write deal with musical subjects. However, I have other areas of knowledge in subjects as diverse as silent films, boxing, and poetry.
Of the articles included here, my favorite is my tribute to Igor Kipnis. He was an artist and a person I greatly admired, and I think my appreciation and feelings about him came out well in this article.
